The Gallatin City-County Health Department (GCCHD) confirmed two additional cases of COVID-19 in the county, bringing the cumulative total to 219 as of noon Tuesday.
The new cases were reported after Montana's Tuesday morning update.
According to a GCCHD press release, the new cases are both in the Gallatin Valley. One is connected to out-of-state travel; the other was reportedly acquired through community spread.
There are currently 26 active cases of COVID-19 in Gallatin County with no current hospitalizations. 192 people have recovered from the illness, according to GCCHD.
