Thursday Morning Forecast: Cooler with rain moving in

Today's Forecast:
Temperatures will be cooler for the afternoon with daytime highs only reaching the upper 50s and low 60s for the afternoon. Expect lighter showers mainly west of the divide through the afternoon. Heavier rain is expected during the evening and overnight hours with pockets of heavy rain on Friday as well. Snow is possible for elevations over 8000 feet which could be between 2”-6” to as much as 9” on the highest peaks.

BOZEMAN: High: 61; Low: 41. We will have mainly cloudy skies with an isolated light shower possible during the afternoon and evening.

BUTTE: High: 57; Low: 39. Light rain will be in the area for the day with heavy rain in excess of 0.25” by the evening and periods of heavy rain possible through the overnight.

DILLON: High: 56; Low: 38. Cool and cloudy with light rain through the afternoon and evening.

WEST YELLOWSTONE: High: 60; Low: 30. Cool and mostly cloudy during the day. The evening will bring temperatures near or slightly below freezing which could lead to a rain/snow mix by Friday morning.
