Anna Mae worked in the insurance business achieving the title of Insurance Agent Producer.  She retired in 1991, and then her adventures really began.

Anna Mae loved to travel. She traveled to and explored Germany, England, Hawaii, Argentina, Canada, and many places in the United States.  In 1999, Anna Mae and John decided to make their home in Bucerias, Mexico.  Anna Mae so enjoyed her time in Mexico.  She loved the people, her friends, walking, shopping, visiting, and smiling at the ocean.

She is survived by her children, Jennie Thompson of Bozeman, Ron Mooney of Helena, Sandra Mooney of Boulder, and Jeff Nicholson of Bozeman.  She also is survived by her six grandchildren, Scott, Jesse, Jayson, Jeri Lynne, Victoria, and Amanda; and her six great-grandchildren, Elliot, Harry, Finn, Henry, Lewis, and Chester.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her two sisters, Mary Lee and Roberta; her husband, John; and her son, Joe.

Services will be Tuesday, December 11 at 10:00 A.M. at St. James Episcopal Church in Bozeman, with a reception following in the church basement.  Cremation has taken place.

A very special thank you to the staff at Elkhorn for the dignified, respectful, caring, and tender love they provided Anna Mae in her final months.
