Kecil, an orangutan at the Brookfield Zoo in Illinois, celebrated his sixth birthday a day early on Friday.
Animal care staff made him six frozen treats of sugar-free gelatin and yogurt, topped with fruit, and a celery stick for a candle.
Kecil’s foster sister joined him to enjoy the treats.
