Victim of crash in Fergus County identified

UPDATE

The man who died in a rollover crash east of Lewistown on Thursday has been identified as 34-year-old Bradley Don Tudahl of Florence, according to Fergus County Coroner R.J. Brown.

The crash occurred around 7:20 p.m. near mile marker 97 on U.S. Highway 87 between Lewistown and Grass Range.

Fergus County Sheriff’s deputies, Central Montana Medical Center Ambulance, the Montana Highway Patrol, and Cheadle Fire Department all responded.

Tudahl was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation by the MHP and the Fergus County Coroner’s Office.

GREAT FALLS – A man died in a rollover crash east of Lewistown on Thursday.

The accident happened at around 7:24 p.m. near mile marker 97 of U.S. Highway 87 between Lewistown and Grass Range.

The Montana Highway Patrol reports the man was westbound on U.S. Highway 87 when he missed a curve and went off the road.

The 34-year old driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the car and died at the scene.

MHP, reports alcohol, drugs, and speed are likely factors in the crash.

The victim’s name has not yet been released.
