UPDATE: 1/1/2023 - Belgrade Police confirm this incident is not a hit-and-run crash. The driver is cooperating with law enforcement and stopped at the scene of the incident.

Alcohol and speed are not a factor in this crash. Road conditions do not seem to be a contributing factor either, according to Chief Dustin Lensing.

Investigators are trying to shore up the evidence and collect more evidence such as business videos.
