BOZEMAN — Rouse Avenue is back open to two-way travel from Main Street to Oak Street.
This comes as a major relief to neighboring businesses, commuters and residents.
The roads are fully complete and only minor construction will still be taking place on areas like sidewalks.
The construction project replaced a storm drain, upgraded traffic signals and, of course, rebuilt layers of the road itself.
