BOZEMAN — Montana State University’s second annual Giving Day kicked off at noon Thursday, Feb. 11, 2021.
Different clubs and student organizations have 29 hours to raise as much money as they can with the help of the community.
The virtual event encourages anyone to donate any amount from $10 to however much they would like to the MSU group of their choice.
Last year’s theme was love and MSU's Alumni Foundation thought of a special theme to describe this school year.
“We use the word 'Onward' because, in spite of the circumstances of what we’re all dealing with right now, we persevere, we move on, we keep moving ourselves down the trail, so it’s ideal that we’re all on this journey together, and we’re out to accomplish great things,” explained Drew VanFossen, with MSU's Alumni Foundation.
Don’t worry. You haven’t missed out on your opportunity to support the students. Giving Day goes until 5 p.m. Friday. To participate, visit here.
