BOZEMAN — The City of Bozeman’s Affordable Housing Working Group is hosting an open house on Tuesday to receive community feedback.

The group is looking to hear from the public on how to create housing people in Bozeman can afford.

The group has been looking at different things other communities across the country are doing to make homes more affordable and and how they could work for Bozeman.

“I think it's also important for people to come and learn just how difficult it is to make affordable housing, and you know, it's not an easy thing. Unfortunately, there’s not a silver bullet that’s going to solve this but I think there are ways that we can as a community make progress as we work together,” City of Bozeman Affordable Housing Manager Loren Olsen said.

The open house is being held in the community room in the Bozeman Public Library. Anyone is welcomed to drop by between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., or between 5 and 7 p.m.
