BOZEMAN, Mont.- The Hyalite Fire Department celebrated its 30th annual pancake breakfast as part of its community outreach on Saturday.

The breakfast served a little more than 700 people throughout the morning. The event is free and open to the public with a buffet serving blueberry pancakes, sausage, and eggs.

Attendees also got to see a LifeFlight helicopter and have a tour of the fire trucks. Fire Chief Jason Revisky said each year it is important the station makes it known that their number one priority is the community.

“Our community is the only reason we are here. We provide emergency service to the community and we want our community to be an integral part of our fire department and be involved in what we do,” said Revisky.
