BOZEMAN: LOW: 45°; HIGH SATURDAY: 68°. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely Friday afternoon and early evening for Bozeman. After sunset most of the showers will diminish. Over the weekend look for continued cooler than normal temperatures and a few hit and miss showers and isolated rumbles Saturday and Sunday.
BUTTE: LOW: 41°; HIGH SATURDAY: 68°. Cool unsettled pattern for your Friday afternoon and evening Butte. Most of the showers and isolated rumbles will taper after sunset. Over the weekend look for a few hit and miss showers mostly in the afternoon to early evening hours Saturday and Sunday along with cooler than normal temperatures.
DILLON: LOW: 40°; HIGH SATURDAY: 67°. Slow moving upper level Low will keep our pattern cool and unsettled Dillon Friday afternoon and evening. Over the weekend temperatures will slowly improve but remain below normal and there is a slight chance for a few showers Saturday afternoon.
WEST YELLOWSTONE: LOW: 36°; HIGH SATURDAY: 58°. Cover up the garden and delicate flowers tonight West Yellowstone forecast lows are down in the mid 30s for Saturday morning. A few showers are still developing over the region Friday afternoon and there is a very low probability for additional showers over the weekend. Cooler than normal temperatures are likely to continue into the weekend.

Much of Montana is caught under a slow moving upper level Low Friday which is producing scattered showers and thunderstorms but it’s also to blame for the chilly temperatures. Cooler than normal highs and lows will follow us into the weekend but improving by early next week. Most of the U.S. is dealing with extreme heat 90s and 100s so our current cool snap would be welcomed in other parts of the country. Looking into next week and the 4th of July holiday most of Montana will be warming up into the 70s and 80s and mostly dry as a stronger blocking High pressure pattern develops.
