BOZEMAN – Famous mountain climber Conrad Anker is speaking about climate change at the Rialto Theater at 7 p.m. Tuesday night.
His presentation is all about the climate change he has seen over the years climbing. He believes that the U.S. should take a stand and start to come up with ways to help the planet emit less carbon into the atmosphere.
"I feel it is our moral responsibility to give something back to the planet which has given us so much, and with this creativity, the brain power and the can-do spirit we have in the United States, addressing climate in terms of how we produce and consume energy is something that it would be great to see our population get behind,” said Anker.
The door at the Rialto will open at 6 p.m. with the presentation starting at 7.
