Victim’s stepson charged with first-degree murder

    Claremore, OK (KJRH) — A victim’s stepson has been formally charged with murder in Rogers County.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials said Kevin Foster, 32, has been charged with first-degree murder, arson, desecration of a human corpse, possession of a firearm, burglary, disturbing a tombstone and public intoxication.

Foster’s stepfather, Rick Swan, 60, was found burned in his mobile home in the 15400 block of East 495 Road in Claremore back in November, officials said.
