Kahaluu, HI (KITV) — Police discovered a body of the 23-year-old man near Ahaolelo Road in Kahaluu around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
Police say there is an apparent injury on the man’s body but it is unclear what type of injury that is.
The owner of the property located right next door was arrested at the main police station on suspicion of second degree murder around 4:30 p.m.
KITV4 has not confirmed if the arrest and in investigation are related but we did talk to several neighbors who said they drove home to an active police scene. They were curious as to what was happening and had heard that someone who was working on the property found the victim.
