  • County dirt roads may become extremely muddy and could be impassable
  • Culverts that are full of snow and ice may remain clogged forcing water to flow over roadways
  • Watch for refreezing at night

The National Weather Service has issued a FLOOD WATCH for SW Montana east of the divide and across much of central and northern Montana through Wednesday evening.

  • Snowmelt could cause minor valley flooding impacts
  • Be prepared for possible impacts this week
  • Monitor the latest forecasts as this watch could be upgraded to a warning
