Butte man charged with 8th DUI

BUTTE - A Butte man faces charges for driving while under the influence for the 8th time.

Police arrested Daniel Hutchison, 53, on suspicion of DUI Saturday morning after his car ran off the road on Shields Ave.

Police say Hutchison’s blood alcohol level was more than 3 times the legal limit and he’s had seven prior DUI charges.

Hutchison is currently in the Butte-Silver Bow county jail.
