The Helena Police Department confirmed on its Facebook page that Patrick Niergarth has been located.

The Helena Police Department is requesting assistance in locating an adult male who has been listed as missing.

According to a post on the Helena Police Department Facebook page, Patrick Niergarth is 64 years of age; 5 feet, 9 inches; and 178 pounds. He has white hair and hazel eyes.

Niergarth may be driving a red 2012 Ford Focus, Montana license BZK877. He was likely last seen in Butte on December 6th.
