BILLINGS - A Billings woman faces multiple charges for allegedly using meth while her children were in the house.

Court documents state when Child Protective Services was performing a welfare check at the residence, one of Jotanna Sioux Hall's children walked downstairs holding a container of syringes.

Police recovered a drug paraphernalia and a small baggie with a substance suspected to be methamphetamine.

CPS removed Hall's children from the home.

Hall, 20, told police the meth was hers as was the two loaded syringes, the empty syringe, and marijuana. CPS located six syringes in total.

After being arrested, Hall told police she has struggled with meth use and began using again due to postpartum depression, saying she used both meth and marijuana daily.

She said she locked herself in the bathroom when doing the drugs and denied using in front of the children.
