Cody Marble, the Missoula man exonerated on a 15-year-old rape charge, was released from jail after an arrest on an unrelated charge.
According to Marble, 33, he expects it will be the last time he sees the inside of a cell.
Marble was released from prison more than a year ago after prosecutors said a 2002 rape charge was invalid and should be dismissed.
He was arrested again this fall and accused of violating probation from a 2013 drug sentence.
A state judge in Missoula said on Thursday that Marble can be on conditional release for another 209 days.
Marble said on Friday that he hoped his drug sentence would be erased entirely so he could be free of any state supervision.
But he added the conditional release is the next best thing and he's looking forward to moving on with his life as a free man.
Marble plans to live and work in Missoula.
