Obituary: Sharon Reinier

Sharon Reinier, 77, of Bozeman, MT, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2017.  She was born June 9, 1940, to Fay and Irene Zimmer in Minot, ND, where she grew up with her three brothers and four sisters. 

She met her husband, Pat, in 1957.  They were married in August 1958 and they had three children.  They were on their way to Arizona to live when they passed through Bozeman and made it as far as Utah, turned around and moved to Bozeman.

Sharon was active in Delta Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for many years.  She worked at a variety of places over the years, the latest being Kountry Korner Café and Posie Patch.

Sharon is survived by sons, Scott (Wandette) Reinier of Bozeman, and Jerry (Leslie) Reinier of Helena; daughter, Shannon Miller of Bozeman; sisters, Marilyn Megaard of Belgrade, Jan Zook of Little Falls, MN, and Linda Thoms of Cheyenne, WY; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty-five great-grandchildren with three more on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pat; parents; mother- and father-in-law; three brothers; one sister and a son-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Sharon’s name may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 3010 – 11th Ave. N., Billings, MT 59101.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 7th at 1 p.m. at Dokken-Nelson Sunset Chapel.
