BOZEMAN -

The Big Sky Country State Fair is just around the corner, and there are lots of new treats for visitors to check out this year.

Aussie Kingdom is new exhibit at the fair and will allow visitors to get up close and personal with some creatures from Down Under; "Aussie Kingdom, which is all things Kangaroos, Wallaroos, Wallabies, Dingos, and Bearded Dragons, we have all of those great critters coming," said Lori Cox, General Manager for the Big Sky Country State Fair.

But the animal exhibits don't stop there; A new Bonanza Barn will now house the fair's hogs, beef, goats, and lambs.

"We have the brand new North West Farm Credit Services Bonanza Barn. All of our animals in the 4-H and Junior Livestock Sector will be showing under this tent and the 4-H Market Sale will also be under this facility as well," said Cox.

And for those adventurous eaters, look no further; The fair will feature a grilled cheese made with donuts from Chef's Table, gourmet mac and cheese in a bowl made out of bacon from Flying Clouds, and chicken in a waffle cone from Crack of Dawn.

The fair opens through Gate B at 7 a.m. on Wednesday.

Tickets can be purchased on the fair website, and are $10 for adults, $3 for children aged six to 12 and those under five years-old are free.

Ticket packages are also available on their website.
