An SUV is in ruins after a bear got inside the vehicle in Colorado’s high country earlier this week.
The SUV belonged to a lodging company in Steamboat Springs, and employees said housekeepers left it unlocked while cleaning a home.
The bear managed to get inside the vehicle and went on a rampage destroying the SUV's interior.
When the housekeepers came outside, the bear was in the vehicle staring at them.
One worker opened the door and the bear ran off.
No one was injured, but officials from Colorado Parks and Wildlife said they would prefer that someone give them a call instead of trying to resolve the situation with a wild animal themselves.
