LIVINGSTON -

That spring snow storm brought wet heavy snow to all of south west Montana.

One of the biggest cities hit... was Livingston.

The weight of the wet snow and the new spring foliage on the trees was a recipe for disaster.

Folks woke up this morning to tree limbs on vehicles, in their yards, and also no power.

NorthWestern Energy power crews were hard at work..to bring back power to over 500 residents.

Livingston resident Carol Tompkins explained what she found, "Came out this morning and was really surprised to see what devastation, damaged there has been."

A neighbor Bobby Cando saw it all, "Big wet snow last night you know. Cracking trees, luckily it didn't get super cold. It kind of melted off before really got out of control and just getting some firewood and help clean the town."
