An 18-year-old Bozeman man, out on bond accused of killing his friend in a high speed crash, is in trouble with the law again .

Jacob Burroughs is charged with negligent homicide from the August crash, and now allegedly failed a drug test for cocaine use.

This is the fourth violation of Burroughs’s conditional release order... set back in November.

Burroughs also tested positively for marijuana, but he has a medical marijuana card.

He admits to the marijuana but not the cocaine use.

An arrest warrant was filed on Tuesday by Judge John Brown, with a new bond set at $100,000 dollars, in addition to the bail he paid for his previous release.

Burroughs has not been arrested yet.
