BOZEMAN -

According to a report done by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, Bozeman and Missoula have some of the highest levels of entrepreneurship and start-ups in the nation. Bozeman ranks 9th, out of 394 different US cities that were surveyed ranking even higher than Denver Colorado.

"It's the fastest growing sector. Now it's never going to pass agriculture or natural resource development our tourism, but it's great to have a new cylinder on the economic engine, so we have more high-wage jobs here, so more of our kids and grandkids can stay," said Greg Gianforte, the republican candidate for the U.S. House and the founder of RightNow Technologies.

Missoula ranked at number 12.
