Planning on racing this summer? Here are some great exercises that can help you reach your fastest times yet. Dewey Peacock joins Missy O'Malley to demonstrate.

Pre-Run

  Lateral Leg Swings for 10x Each Direction

  Front/Back Leg Swings for 10x Each Direction

  Alternating Standing Knee Hugs 5x Per Knee

  Alternating Hamstring Stretch 5x Per Leg

  Alternating Quad Stretch 5x Per Leg

Post-Run

  Standing Cross Over Lateral Hip Stretch 30-60 Seconds Per Side

  Standing Cross Over Hamstring Stretch 30-60 Seconds Per Side

  Kneeling Quad Stretch 30-60 Seconds
