An Eastern Montana man remains behind bars in California for allegedly attempting to bring loaded guns on board a plane.
45 year old, Harold Waller of Circle, Montana is being held at the Sacramento County Jail on several charges of unlawfully possessing firearms.
On Thursday, Waller was planning to fly to Phoenix and was stopped as he made his way through airport security.
TSA agents found a firearm in Waller's carry on bag.
They then realized Waller was carrying a gun in a holster, a 45 automatic, with 12 rounds in the magazine and a round in the chamber.
Inside his bags, agents found three more guns.
Waller's mother Helen says a few years ago her son received detox treatment in Sacramento.
She says her son was suffering from a mental illness.
Waller will appear in court on Monday.
