An 81-year-old Florida man suspected of shooting the mother of a young genius before being shot to death by Montana police left a trust fund for the 19 year old girl.
Those and other details are spelled out in a lawsuit filed in federal court last month by Georgia Smith and her daughter, 19-year-old Promethea Pythaitha, against the estate of Thomas Kyros.
We're told the trust demands the only way Pythaitha could attend a Montana school and receive money was if her mother was dead.
Authorities say Kyros of New Port Richey, FL became obsessed with Pythaitha after reading about her extraordinary intelligence, but believed her mother was interfering with her potential.
Police say Kyros shot Smith at her house south of Livingston on January 17.
The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
