Women waited in line Monday morning to get vaccinated at Community Medical Center's H1N1 clinic for pregnant women.

CMC and the Missoula City-County Health Department provided free vaccinations to pregnant women who live in Missoula County. Women who live outside the county, but have medical providers in Missoula were also eligible for the shots.

CMC officials say that pregnant women are four times more likely to severely ill from the H1N1 virus.

"I think it's great that we have the possibility of getting shots instead of getting the flu" said pregnant woman Marlin Johnson. "And I have a little girl who's almost two, so I really want to prevent any kind of flu in our house that I can avoid."

CMC says most people were done within 45 minutes from the time they arrived at the clinic and by mid-day on Monday over 150 women had received the vaccine.

The clinics will take place at the Ronald McDonald House off Fort Missoula Road from October 26th until October 30th, and will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. until the vaccination supply is depleted.
