Cody Little, 25, of Bozeman will be charged later today for his part in an early morning shooting that left three injured.
At a press conference this afternoon, Bozeman Police Chief Ron Price said Little used a 20-gauge shotgun and shot 3 individuals after an argument at party. One victim was hit in the abdomen and the other two were hit in the legs.
Little will be charged later today according to Price, but no word on charges at this time.
Victims names and their conditions have not been released at this time. Price said that one of the victims had been transported from Bozeman Deaconess Hospital but declined to answer where the individual had been moved.
Police had responded to a 911 call this morning just after 4 a.m. at 100 No. Ferguson Ave.
According to Price, a fight had broken out at a party which led to Little leaving the residence. He reportedly then went to his own home and returned with a 20-gauge shotgun then began shooting at the victims outside the residence on No. Ferguson. After he had unloaded his weapon, Little was detained by a bystander until police arrived.
We will have a reporter at Little's court appearance later today and will update story throughout the day.
