HELENA - A Helena man being treated for breathing problems was arrested after police linked him to a burglary.

Dakota Michael Hull has been charged in connection with the burglary of Unique Apparel. Helena police responded to the store at around 5 a.m. on Thursday in response to a burglar alarm.

At the same time, police also responded to a man who reported having breathing problems just several blocks away.
